I am wondering people what antivirus do most of you usually use, as my antivirus is not doing well at all and i want to change it. I am using BitDefender Internet security,i am supplied with it from my ISP.

I use AVG.

I have none because I am on land line I never download anything and the sites that I go to I already know them to be safe.........after 12 years my comp is 79% empty hahahahahahahahah, hope that my mind is not so empty

Being on a network,like at work or so,is really killing,specailly if this network is used by a lot of youth:D you can imagine what youth navigate:D then i would be envying you again Ponce, i am using AVG too.

Ponce, I am not telling you what to do, but I would run some antivirus with dial up. All it takes is an instant to get hit with a trojan horse that will allow your computer to download things you don't know about. Even with dial up you can be at risk. Even web sites that are known to be safe get hit by hackers once in a while.
I would hate for something to happen to your computer or privacy for no reason. There are free antivirus programs you can download.

I agree with you dclaarjr, it used to happen finding trojans while i was using dial up, Ponce seems people loves you here:)

Hey Gemmy........Ponce <----------to know him is to love him I have Net Zero and they are pretty good in protecting me, besides de angel that is always looking over my shoulder.

i am using a freeware which is called Avira AntiVir Personal,and it's doing fine,as far as my knowledge  , plus i amnot in a network...

I used to use AVG, then I switched to Avira. Now I'm using Microsoft Security Essentials. All of them are free. AVG started missing things that Avira would catch. Microsoft Security Essentials caught some stuff that Avira missed. With the way viruses are written and created, there's no single scattershot method that will work 100% of the time. But the Microsoft program seems to be doing the best for me.
