I'd like to apologize for my lack of attention here over the past few months. At the beginning of June I left the law firm that I had been working at for almost 8 years and started my own office. At the same time, my wife gave birth to our second son. So as you can imagine, I haven't had much free time to devote to the maintenance and promotion of this forum. However, now that things have settled down (somewhat) I'm ready to get back into the swing of things here.

Yesterday I spent nearly five hours sorting through pending posts (mostly spam) and updating the forum software. When we had a nasty bout of spam several months back, I implemented a safeguard that required the first five posts from new members to be manually approved by either myself or a mod. I still have that safeguard in place to fight unnecessary spam posts but will do a better job of addressing legitimate new members and posts more quickly.

Of course if you have any suggestions, I'm always open to new ideas.

This site has been up and running for four years now. I have no desire to let it slip away into a cyber black hole.

I appreciate all of our members and your contributions.

Let's get some life back into this forum!
