Red Dawn! I'm surprised that no one else has mentioned this movie! http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0087985/Supposedly there is also a remake in progress, anyone have any additional information about the remake?

28 days Later (no gun remake of dawn of the dead)
The Fire Next Time( very real scenario, if you buy the global warming thing)
Red Dawn (of course, The next generations fear)
