 Post subject: Sneak exercise into your day

We all need to make daily exercises as a habit for us, then we should sneak exercise into our days to help making it.
Like:
Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
Go for a walk during your coffee break or lunch.
Walk all or part of the way to work.
Do housework at a fast pace.
Rake leaves or do other yard work.

ya i do all these tips nearly daily and i do aerobic too every morning while taking a juice..

Yes, I completely agree with you. Exercises are something that are not mandaotry to do in gym alone. Any type of physical work can be considered as exercises. And many farm works too would be considered as exercises.
