I don't think we would be able to do a recycling work at home, but we can surely use some products till they are off no use, products that are made with plastics are a good example of which that can be used over and over again thereby closing the need of having one of those bought again.

Paper recycling cannot be done in home as it requires a lot of machines. But recycling is best not alone paper but also plastic items.

Have you ever looked at a website called Instructables?

You don't have to have big machinery to recycle paper. You need water, a bucket, and a place to dry the slurry., once you have the "paper mash" made up.

In pinch, you don't even need a blender!

This is one of the problems we face in the modern world.

The basics of any task have been so far removed from the average person that we no longer find ways to accomplish basic things, like recycling paper.

Even if you aren't using the old paper to make new paper, you recycle it as mulch for a garden.

All you have to do is shred it up, and that can be done by hand!

In my area, which is in Egypt, nearly all schools teach kids how to recycle their old notebooks, papers and copybooks, and they resell what they recycled to have a pocket money,i find it amazing:) well this is taught in some activity lessons called Environment and popluation.
they use a smaller washer, which isn't an automatic one,it just works in blending papers using water...then they reshape in the forum of paper sheets in different sizes, they use it to put their paints on it too ,like a piece of cartoon paper..

Its very difficult to recycle paper at home. Mostly its not possible if you are going to do this in home. But as a business, you can do it with those machines.
