How many people are ready to plant their gardens? I for one am very excited and can't wait to get to it.
It's a lot of hard work planting and taking care of the gardens (watering, weeding, fertilizing). It's so worth it when you start picking the veggies.
Are you ready?

It is always great to grow our own vegetables. Believe me the experience of having our own vegetables grown is certainly a very good one. Many people would love to see the fruits of their harvest especially the first timers who are yet to have a garden.

Not only am I ready we got our garden started yesterday. I can`t wait to taste my own collards. This will be my first time having a garden so I hope I do it right hehehe. It will sure help me save money. I can`t afford fresh veggies anymore. I have to go online now to get some good info on first time gardening.

Good luck Hoy! I wish you tons of luck. I would think living in Florida your gardening season will be a lot longer than mine in NY. Just be sure to water plenty and have lots of sunlight. Also weed so that the roots can get the water and the weeds don't suck it all up! Hope you don't get critters!

Yup, if got some seeds growing inside the house since it's still not warm enough to plant them outdoors just yet, at least it's not warm enough up here in the Northeast. I've got a good sized garden, but would love to have a larger one! Still, it does help cut down on the costs of buying groceries at the store.

I have my seeds planted inside already. I have pumpkins, peas, 2 types of tomatoes, yellow squash, zucchini, radishes, jalapeno peppers, and cucumbers---although I need to replant the cucumbers--they came up and then died right away. :( There is still a lot of time before they go outside though---so I should be ok.

I can't wait to start picking the stuff. :)

That is the best part, picking the goodies and eating them. The worst part is the weeding! We have a large garden- and I'm telling you, it's backbreaking! This year I'm going to come up with something so I can sit on my knees! and weed.
Stinks about the cucumbers dying already!
