Post subject: Ok, so I finished building my Bug Out Bag. What's next?

I've been prepping for about a year now and I've finally gotten to the point where I think my BOB/Get Home Bag is complete. Sure I'll tinker with it it here and there and maybe add or upgrade some items over time, but what do you suggest as the next step?
I should say that I'm comfortable and confident in my abilities and skills to use the contents of my BOB. So that's really not a concern.
What are some suggestions as to where to go from here to expand my preps?

How about building a big first aid kit. Fill a duffel bag of some sort so that if you had to bug out you could grab it and go rather than rummaging through your medicine cabinet at the last minute.
