well, these days some of us or to be more precise are really getting more and more irritated, either worrying about our financial states or we already have been harmed due to the economics recession,so i think it's time for a morning OatMeal! Oats are amazingly high in calcium, potassium and magnesium, together with lots of B complex – all are vital to a healthy nervous system. still Oats and most cereal aren't expensive at all! some Oats plus honey and milk in the morning would really do perfect!

I love oatmeal. The ones that you just add water to are good but, the regular kind that you have to cook on the stove is better for you.

I keep instant oatmeal packets in my preps. They are very handy for breakfast when on the go, and you don't have to carry any sugar or honey to flavor it. If you are in a survival situation, they also use less water than the bulk oatmeal you have to cook. Not having to carry anything extra in your pack makes it a big bonus also.

I don't like it's taste..specially if it isn't flavored or sugared..but i know it has lots of benefits..i take that one that needs no more than boiled milk and i dont cook it on stove and sometimes i add nuts to it.
