Kinetic energy technology isn’t new. For years, we’ve had a Seiko wrist watch that uses kinetic technology to store energy. Kinetic flashlights and radios are a great additions to a company or family’s emergency preparedness kit. now it is developed a kinetic charging system for mobile devices. i find this really amazing ..

A 500 lbs missile coming from above Earth has the power of a nuclear bomb by the time it hits its target........and it has no explosives but only its kinetic energy..... coming down from outer space it looks like a meteorite.
By the way my watch is a Seiko and I love it........got it at CostCo.

The kinetic energy of an object is the extra energy which it possesses due to its motion. It is defined as the work needed to accelerate a body of a given mass from rest to its current velocity. Having gained this energy during its acceleration, the body maintains this kinetic energy unless its speed changes. Negative work of the same magnitude would be required to return the body to a state of rest from that velocity.
