I was looking for a flashlight that was waterproof, solar powered, and also had a hand crank. I found such a flashlight made by SolaDyne here on Amazon:
It does not have a solar panel but is crank powered. I like this one because it has a radio and can also charge my cell phone by using the included adapters. I think the two pack ran about $24.
Does not appear to be available through Amazon.com at the moment.

The Duracell flashlight you mentioned does have a hand crank, but lacked the other features (waterproof and solar power) that I was looking for. And it's available right now on Amazon.
