For decades, kashmiris are under the threat of terror attack every single second. Hence i need to know to which nation it belongs.Also is Pakistan unnecessarily threatening India or vice-versa in this issue.

They have been fighting over that area for hundreds of years. They aren't terrorizing any more. It has become a habit.

Its Pakistan as they are supporting terrorism. India never supports terrorism.
