Hurricane Season starts June 1st so it's time for everyone in the prone zones to start getting ready. We've got lots of flashlights, radios, batteries, and first aid kits. We've got to build up our water stockpile a bit.

What do landlords do to prep for a hurricane?
Even though we are well inland and above water, we might evacuate anyway. Would you guys evacuate a "new construction" apartment on general principle?
Any thoughts about good stuff for a hurricane kit?
