Does anyone know how to assemble the various parts (main pack, frame, shoulder harness, waist belt, etc) of the MOLLE II system? I've spent quite a bit of time and I can't seem to figure it all out. Thanks in advance!

I use a MOLLE pack as well. I gotta tell you it was one hell of a project getting it all together. I did find a user manual for the MOLLE system online. I've attached it to this post. But be warned, it's not the easiest to follow (and I think it's from the original MOLLE system not the MOLLE II system that I have).
I did however, buy a dvd from a seller on ebay that had several short tutorial videos on how to assemble the pack. I'll find out who the seller was and post a link because it was a great help. Now I've got everything put together just right.

Just an FYI...I've got my complete pack put together (main ruck, waist belt, shoulder harness, sustainment pouches, etc). I was frustrated when I first got the gear and couldn't get it together. I tried searching online but only came up with the outdated manual that is seriously lacking clear directions!
That being said, I'd like to help out others that are experiencing the same frustration or confusion that I did. So, if you need help putting yours together or have a question about assembly, make a post here and I'll help you through it.

I came across this video that might help others out there. Seems pretty straight forward after you watch the video. Though there are a few tricky steps. The video helped me get my pack together. Hope this helps some others.
