Right now, it's 1 degree above out. That's cold. Wind chill is what keeps me inside though, a -10 wind chill is horrible!

well, cold to me means below 20,over 20 degrees i can swim and enjoy the sunny beach

i live in southern part of india so i am use to all kind of climates. so i dont find things soo cold or hot i just be normal as what i am at all times.

If I have the proper clothing, cold isn't a problem down into the 20's. On the other hand, wetness is a problem.
Wet and 40's is cold.
When I worked at JPL I had to do a lot of antenna setups and trailer setups for demonstrations. I quite often was setting up in the cold and sometimes ruinously early in the morning (still dark). I can get useful work done in the cold, but when it's wet and cold . . . not easy.

40 is miserable I always wear a jacket and get going at places and for work. I would never stay at home if its too cold too. I love going out on cold.
