Thanks, Chaz. I've been prepping for a few years as money allows but made a huge blunder by not storing some dry goods properly. The result was wasted product and of course money. So I've been researching how to do long term storage and feel confident that I won't be feeding any more critters.

I need to learn more about vegetable gardening. I don't have a green thumb! I live in a rural area and have plenty of space for planting. I'm sure I could stand to learn more on just about everything...
