WOW. That's an amazing pack. There are so many items that you included that I never thought of. I love the surveyor's ribbon and all your different options for fire starting and tinders. That pack is a job well done. Now I've got something strive towards.

Btw, do you really need that much fishing equipment? I've seen some smaller emergency fishing kits that are about the size of an altoids can. Isn't that enough?

Could I get away with less of a fishing kit? Sure. But I don't need to since it does fit in the pack. My motto (well, one of them) is "If one is good, then two is better". I like options, what can I say.

That's a fantastic kit. Love the MOLLE pack as well. Those bags are durable as hell.

Thats a fantastic pack I had ever seen. Looks like you are well planned and organized. I wish to have such items in my emergency pack in the near future.

Very nice pack. Well thought out with some nice ideas in there. Might have to steal a few of those ideas and get them for my pack.

To echo the members above, congrats on a fine pack. I wouldn't want to carry that around for a hike, but to keep in your car that's a great setup. And I did notice that you mentioned you had a smaller kit for hikes, etc. But to get up and go, you're in good shape with that pack.

Your bag contents is very similar to mine. I think the more extensive fishing kit is a good idea if it fits in the bag. I think I actually have a few more things in mine than you do in yours!

That's a great kit... mine is no where near that comprehensive! Thank you for sharing that with us.
