I am a lady farmer who has lived the prepared life several times. My step-father had hidden pantries, and 20 cord of wood, etc., but as a teenager I just thought he had been cold & hungry once upon a time... 4 years ago we bought undeveloped wooded land in Idaho and went to live there for a year... off grid, no water source, hostile neighbors, you name it, we did it. Now I would like to pass real life info along after really living it to those who want real answers.
