I want to buy some larger quantities of chcken parts and freeze them using my vac seal.
About how long will vacuum sealed meats last in a deep freezer?

I read somewhere that you could store meats like that for months. You need to be careful though that there is no power cut as those foods would quickly spoil.

The vacuum sealed meats last in a deep freezer for almost 3 to 4 months depending upon the situation. Also remember the moisture and the environment also play a role in it and the results may depend from place to place.

Up to a year is my general rule. Heck, I have fresh game not vacuum sealed that has lasted that long without serious freezer burn. Again, your major obstacle is freezer burn, which just ruins some of the taste and texture of the food. Still, it's edible.
