Was in my local REI last night to pick up some gear for an emergency kit I'm putting together for a friend as a birthday gift. They had the Fox 40 mini whistles on clearance for $0.93. They retail for anywhere from $4-$7. I grabbed the last four that they had on the shelf. Check your local REI to see if they have any left.
