Hello, i am Laila from Egypt,Alexandria, i like to contribute in this forum, i am a lawyer, i read much and browse the internet a lot,i have been told about this forum by a friend.

Welcome Laila.........one of my make believe dreams is to visit the library of Alexandria and being able to read all languages, one of the worse disasters in the world was the burning of the Library.

I am glad that part of El Faro is still standing.........

I keep reading about the cities and lakes below the Pyramids........do you know anything about it?

Thanks Ponce well,i don't know much about pharaoh history,heheheh, i amnot much interested in history, i visited the pyramids once as any visitor would see them,lool, i adore alex,well ya Bibliotheca Alexandrina is awesome,you would love, millions of books! all languages,all fields of science,actually i love my city alex mucccccch i can't imagine living anywhere else in the world,but who knows!

Laila? nice pictures but I was talking about the original library of Alexandria from the days when every ship that came to port their books were confiscated and copies were made and then the originals returned to the owners, by the way, the last director of the library of Alexandria was a woman.

About "El Faro" hahahahahahaah I was talking about the origininal light house in Alexandria that was one of the seven wonders of the world
