I buy online all the time and have have had few problems. The few problems that I did have were easily solved. I buy on ebay, amazon.com, and also from various independent retailers. I have purchased everything from sodium hydroxide to cheese, to bulk grains, to dog food.... even this computer I am typing on right now was purchased online.

I used to buy consumer goods, books and everything in online. Most of time I had good experience with my shopping and on one occasion I didn't get the type of the product as expected. Overall it is a good experience.

Yes I buy online all the time. I haven't had any bad experiences. Ok once amazon shipped my product to me without putting it into another box and my daughter got to it first- it was a karaoke machine and she saw it. It was a gift for her. Now I make sure I get to the door first.

This is the first year I have purchased many many gifts online. I have had no bad experiences at all. I search for free shipping codes or promo codes to use so I make sure to get a great deal.

I usually do a lot of Christmas shopping online but I haven't done it this year. My experiences in the past have all been good ones though and I cannot think of a time when there was a problem. I think one holiday season, I did almost our entire Christmas shopping online and it was great because I did not even have to leave the house and fight the crowds

Now that I have been shopping online, it becomes addicting! How easy they make it. Even Walmart has free shipping from site to store. I have purchased about 7 items as gifts this way.
