My firestarter of choice is definately the Blastmatch. Very easy to operate, even one handed. Very light in the pack and takes up almost no space in the pack. I've used the sweedish firesteel as well, but I certainly prefer the Blastmatch. Just my $.02

That's my fire starter of choice. Mostly because you can operate it one handed in the event that you were injured. Might never need to do so, but having that option is important to me.

Yep positive piece of idea, BlastMatch Fire Starting Flint generates a stream of sparks three times the heat of a standard match and will light any material that a match will. Its very cheap indeed and anybody can afford to buy it.

Yeah of of course it's a great tool,The Blast Match is operable with one hand in case of injury, never runs out of fuel and never fails to light in the wind, rain or snow. It generates a stream of sparks three times the heat of a standard match and easily will light any material that a match will ignite.

Those who frequent the outdoors or are in need of simply being prepared for the worst, need a fire starter, like the BlastMatch Fire Starter, that is operable with one hand in case of injury, won't surprise you by running out of fuel, and never fails to light in the wind, rain, or snow.
