What type of binoculars do you have. I have Swarovski 10x25b type of binocular. It is excellent, light and never fogs and completely waterproof, however the cost is slightly higher than the normal one.

What type of binoculars do you use for survival trips.

Wow great piece of idea, I totally forgot about them, pal. Thanks for remembering me, I will add them to my inventory list.

Yep I would agree with the fellas above me, Binoculars are badly needed, that too when you are lost, you need them to spot out distant objects.

I have never thought that binoculars would be a survival item. Thanks for that piece of info. They certainly would come in handy.

I have a compact binoculars, which I've only used twice. It's now going into my bugout bag. :)

I have a pair of Burris Signature Series 10x42 field glasses, but they're a bit large and heavy for a BOB. I still haven't found a good compact set for my BOB. I want decent quality, but I don't want to pay $300 for a compact pair that will only get used when the SHTF.
